Are there any costs?
No, it is free of charge.
Is documentation necessary?
No, we will need to take your name and location, but ID is not required.
What if I already receive financial assistance?
You are still eligible.
What if I don’t live in Sparta?
No problem! We give food to anyone who is in need.
Are you a kitchen or a pantry?
We do NOT offer daily “cooked” meals, we distribute bags of food for you to take home and prepare yourself.
How often can I come in?
Once per week.
*Please note: If you arrive 15 minutes prior to closing you will be given a premade bag.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is necessary.
Are there any “extra” items?
We offer other items, in addition to bags of shelf-stable food, as they become available:
Paper goods, pet food, hygiene products, meat, dairy, produce, and bread.
